Recipe Ingredients for Sam's pot roast

1 3/10 lb sirloin tip roast, lean
1 serving sherry
1/3 cup yellow onion, raw diced
1/2 tsp thyme, ground
1 tsp rosemary, dried
2 tbsp garlic, minced
1 cup mushrooms, canned sliced
1/2 tsp sage, dried
1 cup water
1 beef boullion cube

Recipe Directions for Sam's pot roast

  1. Spray inside of slow cooker with Pam, put roast (thawed) in cooker.

  2. Add mushrooms.

  3. mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the roast and mushrooms, put on lid.

  4. Cook on high until lunch time, (approx 4 hours), then switch to low heat until time for dinner!
