Recipe Ingredients for sam's liver and onions

1 pound beef liver
2 onions, raw
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup mushrooms, canned pieces and stems
1 cube beef broth
1 cup water

Recipe Directions for sam's liver and onions

  1. slice onions into rings. spray a pan with cooking spray; add onions and mushrooms, saute on medium. When onions start to become clear, add liver. Cover pan and cook on medium. Flip when first side is done.

  2. add cornstarch to water in a microwavable bowl. Crunch up bullion cube and stir until mixed. cook in 30 second intervals, stirring until thick.

  3. Pour gravy into pan, mix to combine ingredients. Serve when liver is done to your satisfaction.
