Recipe Ingredients for sam's italian chicken

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
8 oz diced tomatoes, canned
1/8 cup chili peppers canned diced
2 serving kraft fat free mozzarella cheese shredded
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
2 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for sam's italian chicken

  1. place chicken breasts in pan

  2. mix tomatoes, spices and chili peppers together, pour over chicken

  3. sprinkle cheese over chicken and tomatoes

  4. either bake at 350 degrees until chicken is done in the middle or microwave on high for approximately ten minutes
