Recipe Ingredients for sam's healthy mac and cheese

6 3/4 oz Hodgson's Mill whole wheat elbow macaroni
4 oz fat free shredded cheese
2 slice fat free single cheese
2 tbsp fat free yogurt or fat free mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup fat free skim milk

Recipe Directions for sam's healthy mac and cheese

  1. boil pasta according to directions; drain

  2. put milk, yogurt, cheeses, and salt in microwave safe bowl. cook in 1 minute increments, stirring between minutes, until melted.

  3. mix cheese sauce with pasta. If you want a crunchier type, sprinkle with all bran crumbs and stick under the broiler for a little while.
