Recipe Ingredients for sam's egg cups

1 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup mushrooms, canned sliced
14 1/2 oz asparagus, canned
2 tbsp onion, dried minced
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp grated parmesan topping
5 oz crab, canned

Recipe Directions for sam's egg cups

  1. mix all ingredients except cheese topping together, spoon into microwavable muffin cups. Sprinkle topping on each, pepper also if desired.

  2. Microwave until done, time will vary. May be refrigerated and warmed up during the week for breakfast.
