adapted from "Just like sam's" recipe for larger batch...like we could eat just one!

Recipe Ingredients for sam's chocolate protein muffin

1 cups Egg Substitute
3/4 cups Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, HERSHEY'S
2 tbsp raisins
2 servings whey protein powder
1/3 cups Splenda no calorie sweetener

Recipe Directions for sam's chocolate protein muffin

  1. mix together cocoa and muscle milk

  2. add in egg substitute

  3. fold in raisins or cranberries

  4. divide into 6 microwavable muffin containers (or use small coffee cups)

  5. microwave on high 2.5 minutes; if still mushy give one more minute...don't overcook or they will be dry! for three muffins cook 1.5 minutes...not an exact science - less is more.
