Recipe Ingredients for Samosas

3 medium potatoes
1/4 cup peas
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder

Recipe Directions for Samosas

boil potatoes then mash, saute onion and garlic with spices, stir onion/garlic saute into potatoes, stir in peas last.
