Recipe Ingredients for Sammie Burgers

14 3/4 oz salmon
1 slice bread, in crumbs, seasoned
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped fresh
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Recipe Directions for Sammie Burgers

  1. drain & flake salmon, combine with breadcrumbs, onion, mayonnaise, gg, lemon juice, parsley and garlic salt. shape into 5 patties. In large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil. Cook over medium heart until both sides brown .

  2. (I added some old bay seasoning)
