Recipe Ingredients for Sammich bread

1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup lowfat milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 cups flour

Recipe Directions for Sammich bread

  1. Proof the yeast in the water with the honey

  2. Add the other ingredients.

  3. Let rise for 1 h.

  4. Punch down the dough. Shape into 2 loaves.

  5. Let rise for 35 min.

  6. Bake 35-45 min at 375 F.
