Recipe Ingredients for sambhar

200 g okra,
50 g onion,
20 g tamarind,
100 g lentils,
20 g coriander seeds,
20 g red chillies,
20 g fenugreek seeds,
1 l water,
3 g salt,
1 tbsp turmeric,
1 tbsp coconut oil,
1 tbsp mustard seeds,
1 tbsp urad dal

Recipe Directions for sambhar

Shimmer to fully cook veggies in salt, turmeric and water. Add extract of tamarind. Roast and dry grind coriander, fenugreek and red chillies. Add it to boiling veggies. Add cooked toor dal. Add garnish with mustard seeds, urad dal spluttered in coconut oil.
