5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Samantha Walker

  1. Prepare one head of cauliflower by separating into pieces.

  2. place cauliflower in bowl, drizzle with olive oil, then toss with sea salt, crushed garlic, and red paper flakes; making sure to coat evenly.

  3. Roast in a single layer in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes, turn cauliflower over after 15 minutes.
