Recipe Ingredients for Sam Jams Cereal

2 cups Puffed Millet
2 cups Puffed Kamut
1/2 cup Wheat Germ
1/2 cup Wheat Bran
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Apple Sauce
1 Egg White
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Almonds
1/3 cup Flax seeds

Recipe Directions for Sam Jams Cereal

  1. Preheat oven to 140 Degrees Celcius

  2. Mix Millet, Kamut, Wheat germ and Wheat Bran.

  3. In a seperate bowl mix Apple sauce, Water, Egg white and Salt.

  4. Mix the two bowls together and evenly add Cinnamon, Almonds and flax seeds.

  5. Put in a baking tray, Stiring every 15 Minutes, cook for 35-40 Minutes.

  6. Let it cool and Store in Airtight container.
