1 tbsp(6 g) Cumin Seed
4 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Whole Milk, 8 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
47 grams Lemon Juice
2 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Salty Yogurt Drink - Namkin Lassi

  1. Roast the cumin seeds and then ground it. Reserve a pinch of the ground cumin and mix all the other ingredients together with a blender.

  2. Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish them with the ground cumin.

  3. Tasty variation is made by adding 1 oz (25g) mint leaves (when blending)
