Recipe Ingredients for Salty Rolls Filled with Cheese

500 g all purpose flour
1 egg
150 ml oil
250 ml water
1 tbsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry yeast
16 tbsp cottage cheese

Recipe Directions for Salty Rolls Filled with Cheese

In bread machine add all liquid ingredients and then add dry. Set it on pizza dough settings. After dough is risen, take it out and separate in two equal parts. Spread it out in circle and cut it with the pizza cutter into 8 pieces. Fill it in with cheese or filling of your choice. Bake it on 375 or until golder brown. I did mix little bit of baking soda and water and brush it over the rolls so it can turn nicely golden. Also added some sesame seeds and sea salt on top for extra nice taste or look.
