4 4/5 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
3 clove Garlic
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Pepper, Black
0.5 cup, diced Celery
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for salted garlic peppered chicken with celery topping

  1. place olive oil in pan and place on low, then add diced garlic.

  2. cut chicken breast in half or as tenderloins whichever you prefer.

  3. Turn stove up to medium low heat and add chicken.

  4. lightly salt and pepper chicken.

  5. Turn chicken every few minutes.

  6. Once chicken is almost done add celery mix in with pepper and place a lid over the pan. The celery will soften and create a wonderful dressing with the water from the celery and the chicken juice.

  7. Serve and Enjoy!
