very simple salt free, no milk, bread made with a bread machine for people needing to limit salt and dairy in their diets.

Recipe Ingredients for salt free white bread

3 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.33 cup Vegetable Oil, Canola
2 tsp Bread Machine Yeast

Recipe Directions for salt free white bread

  1. 3 cups all-purpose flour

  2. 3 Tblsp. sugar

  3. 2 teasp. yeast

  4. 1 1/4 cup hot tap water

  5. 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  6. place flour, sugar, and yeast into bread machine and give it a little stir.

  7. add 1 1/4 cup hot tap water.

  8. add vegetable oil.

  9. set machine on "dough".

  10. if dough looks/feels a little sticky, add a sprinkling of flour while it mixes until it is no longer gummy.

  11. when dough is done rising, remove from bread machine and turn onto a floured surface.

  12. punch down, then form into a loaf.

  13. place loaf in a greased loaf pan, grease the loaf top, and let rise for the second time in a warm spot until doubled in size.

  14. IT IS IMPORTANT TO LET THE DOUGH RISE THE SECOND TIME

  15. bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.

  16. cool in the pan on a wire rack.

  17. this bread is soft and makes great toast.
