Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Verde

8 medium Tomatillos
4 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
2 clove Garlic
0.5 cup, chopped Onions
2 serving, raw Cilantro
1 pepper Pepper, Serrano
0.04 cup Tapioca Flour

Recipe Directions for Salsa Verde

Roast tomatillos and chile under broiler (halved and chiles seeded). Place all ingredients in a food processor blend. Add tapioca flour with equal water to saucepan, slowly add salsa and cook until desired thickness is achieved.
