Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Verde

1 pound Green Tomatoes
1/2 medium onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 serrano pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1 cup chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Salsa Verde

  1. Bring to a boil the chicken broth, green tomatoes, onion, serrano peppers and salt for 10 minutes.

  2. Blend with add cilantro and garlic.

  3. Add oil to a pot and pour in the salsa. Let simmer until desired taste.
