Recipe Ingredients for salsa verde

5 pounds jalapeno
3 pounds tomatillo
2 onions
10 cloves garlic
1/2 pound cilantro
1/2 cup salt
3 gallons water

Recipe Directions for salsa verde

boil jalapenos, tomatillo, onions and garlic in water for 1 hour or till tender. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Liquefy in blender or food processor adding cilantro and salt to taste. Refrigerate leftovers.
