Homemade Salsa Verde (the green peppers in recipe are anaheim style).

Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Verde Homemade

10 Tomatillos, halved and broiled for 10 minutes
1/2 medium yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
2 green peppers
2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 teaspoon lime juice

Recipe Directions for Salsa Verde Homemade

Broil tomatillos for 10 min (halved with seed side up). You can broil peppers with the tomatillos too, but you don't have to. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until desired consistency. Salt and Pepper to taste (recipe analysis does not include salt and pepper additions).
