Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Verde Chicken

16 ounces chicken breasts
2 carrots
1/2 onion
3 tablespoons salsa
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup white wine

Recipe Directions for Salsa Verde Chicken

  1. chop onions & carrots into chunks

  2. melt 1 tbsp butter

  3. saute onions & carrots in butter

  4. add 2nd tbsp butter

  5. add chicken and stir

  6. add wine & salsa verde

  7. simmer until liquid reduced to half to 3/4 original amount

  8. serve over Spanish Risotto
