This fish dish is wonderfully simple and surprisingly tasty.

Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Topped Baked Fish

16 ounces tilapia
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/2 cup salsa
1/4 cup fat free sour cream

Recipe Directions for Salsa Topped Baked Fish

  1. Cut fish into four equal sized pieces. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray.

  2. Rinse fish in cold water and pat dry. Place fish in prepared baking dish. Lightly spray fish pieces with butter flavored spray.

  3. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top of fish and bake 20 minutes.

  4. In a small bowl, combine salsa and sour cream. Evenly spoon 3 tablespoons salsa mixture over each piece of fish.

  5. Bake for ten more minutes.

  6. Serve immediately.
