Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Stoup with Burger Meat

24 oz Ground Beef
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium stalks Celery Hearts
3 cloves, raw Garlic
2.5 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
2.5 tsp Quality Spices Cumin
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Chili Powder
29 oz Stewed Tomatoes
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
2 serving Cooking Stock
1.5 oz Cilantro

Recipe Directions for Salsa Stoup with Burger Meat

  1. (Prep) Chop all vegetables

  2. Crumble ground beef in soup pot, season with black pepper, and begin to brown. Add pepper, onion, celery, and garlic one at a time, in that order, stirring and cooking 2 minutes in between each. Add Worcestershire, cumin, and chili powder. (If you like it spicy, you could add jalapeno peppers and/or hot sauce as well.)

  3. Once beef is browned, add tomatoes and stock. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Stir in cilantro and remove from heat.

  4. You could add 1 pound macaroni, cooked al dente, at this stage, making her Taco Chili-Mac.
