Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Soup

3 1/2 cups vegetable broth
15 oz can black beans, rinsed
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 1/4 cup salsa
1 cup corn

Recipe Directions for Salsa Soup

Place the broth, beans, salsa, corn, green onions in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes to blend flavors. Serve hot over fat-free tortilla chips and avocado chunks if you desire.
