1 serving 2% cheese
1 tbls green pepper
1 tbls onion
1 tbls salsa

  1. spray pan with olive oil

  2. cook peppers and onions until soft

  3. beat egg and half

  4. add cheese, salsa and salt to taste

  5. add to pan with veggies

  6. scramble until soft set
