Recipe Ingredients for Salsa

4 roma tomatoes
1/2 onion
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup cilantro
2 jalapeno peppers
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Salsa

  1. Cut tomatoes, onions and peppers

  2. Chop garlic cloves and cilantro

  3. Place ingredients in salsa maker or food processor

  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend

  5. (You can also just dice everything in smaller pieces for the same results)
