Nice salsa to use for marinades, cooking or adding to foods to spice it up a little. Can use as many serranos as you are comfortable with.

Recipe Ingredients for Salsa

3 large Tomatoes
1 clove Garlic
7 Serrano Peppers
1/2 cup Cilantro
1/2 medium Onion
6 oz. tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Salsa

Dice Garlic, Onion and Peppers. Remove Leaves from Cilantro Stalks and discard stalks. Place all ingredients into blender and pulse until thoroughly chopped/blended.
