Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Pizza

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 cup red pepper
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Salsa Pizza

  1. Dissolve the yeast in 1/4 cup warm water, add oil.

  2. Mix together with flour to make dough.

  3. spread in a lightly sprayed cast iron frypan and heat on the stove until partially baked

  4. Spread salsa and peppers [ diced] and cheese [grated]

  5. and bake in the oven at 350 until done - maybe 15 minutes...
