If your bored of the same old Omelet here's a healthy way to spice it up.

Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Omelet

2 oz (1/4 cup) Fiesta Salsa
1 serving Kraft Natural Cheese Reduced FAt Sharp Cheddar
2 large Eggs

Recipe Directions for Salsa Omelet

  1. Turn a frying pan on high heat(Note: if pan is not non-stick you may have to put some olive on the bottom of the pan.)

  2. Combine the eggs and half of the salsa in a bowl. Beat them for about 10 seconds

  3. When the pan is finished heating put the mixture on it and turn the heat down to medium

  4. Once the bottom of the egg is cooked, flip it over

  5. Put half the slice of cheese on side of the Omelet

  6. Put the rest of the Salsa on the cheese followed by the other slice of cheese.

  7. Flip the other side of the Omelet on top of the cheese and Salsa(Don't worry if it get a little messy)

  8. Wait about 5-10 seconds and then flip the Omelet Over

  9. About 5-10 seconds after the flip remove the Omelet from heat.

  10. Eat and Enjoy!
