1 oz tomatoes
1 oz green pepper
1/4 oz jalepeno pepper
1 oz onion
1/10 oz garlic
4 oz egg whites

Recipe Directions for Salsa Omelet

saute salsa ingredients until heated through - med heat. Pour egg whites over top and let cook until firm enough to flip. Flip. Cook an addition minute and serve.
