Recipe Ingredients for Salsa My Way

1 small tomatoe
9 sprigs cilantro
2 tsp lime juice
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup of black beans
1 medium red onion

Recipe Directions for Salsa My Way

  1. Dice one small tomatoe, remove stems from cilantro and chop roughly, juice one small lime, thaw 1 cup of frozen corn, drain and measure out 1 cup of black beans, dice 1 medium red onion.

  2. Combine ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste & enjoy!
