Recipe Ingredients for salsa meatloaf

2 egg white
2/3 cups salsa
2/3 cups potato flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 pound lean ground beef

Recipe Directions for salsa meatloaf

  1. Mix every thing except 1/3 cup of salsa together.

  2. Bake 375 for 30 minutes like a normal meatloaf.

  3. Put 1/3 cup of reserved salsa and bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer or until a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.

  4. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
