Recipe Ingredients for Salsa - Helen's recipe

8 1/2 cups tomatoes (blanched, peeled, cubed)
2 cups green pepper, chopped
2 cups onion, chopped
5 jalapeno peppers
8 ounce tomato paste
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Salsa - Helen's recipe

  1. Mix together everything except onions and cook 45 to 60 minutes

  2. Add onion and cook another 30 minutes.
