1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 serving Sliced Jalapenos
1/2 medium Avocado
2 cups Mixed Baby Greens
1/4 cup Quinoa

Recipe Directions for Salsa & Grain Salad

Mix together chopped grape tomatoes, cilantro, pickled jalapenos and onion. Chop 1/2 avocado. Serve over 1/4 cup cooked quinoa on a bed of mixed greens
