Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Fresca

1 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup minced onion
2 tbsp green bell pepper
1 tbsp minced jalapeno
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon chopped oregano
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Salsa Fresca

  1. Combine tomatoes, onion, green pepper, jalapeno, olive oil, garlic, and oregano.

  2. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

  3. Let the salsa rest in a covered container in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
