Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Egg Sandwich

2 slices whole wheat bread
2 eggs
1/8 c salsa
1/2 tsp margarine
1 tsp mayonnaise

Recipe Directions for Salsa Egg Sandwich

  1. Whisk together eggs and salsa.

  2. Heat margarine in heavy bottomed skillet over med/high, completely coating pan.

  3. Pour egg mixture in pan and cook until just set. Transfer to bread slice.

  4. Top with mayonnaise and serve warm.
