3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.33 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
1 lime yields Lime Juice
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
0.13 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Dice tomatoes and onions, combine in bowl. Add minced coriander, juice of one lime, black pepper and cayenne to taste.
