Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Couscous Chicken

1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Almonds, coarsely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
16 ounces chicken breasts, skin removed
1 cup Salsa
1/4 cup Water
2 tbsp raisins
3/4 tsp cumin
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Salsa Couscous Chicken

While couscous is cooking, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add almonds; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. emove almonds, set aside. Add garlic to skillet; cook & stir 30 seconds. Add chicken; cook 4 to 5 minutes or until browned, turning once. Combine salsa and all remaining ingredients. Add to chicken. Reduce to medium, cover and cook 20 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. Stir in almonds.
