Also w/ 2 pkgs hidden valley ranch dressing mix and 2 pkgs taco seasoning. Can substitute ground beef for ground turkey. Best in a crock pot after simmering on low most of the day! you can use as hot or as mild taco seasoning and rotel as you want

Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Chili

2 lbs ground turkey
15 ounce black beans
15 ounce pinto beans
15 ounce kidney beans dark red
15 ounce white shoepeg corn
10 ounce Ro*Tel
14 ounce petite diced tomatoes
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for Salsa Chili

  1. brown turkey/ beef and drain

  2. sprinkle taco seasoning over meat

  3. combine all ingredients into pot and simmer for several hours
