Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Chicken

16 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 cup Sauce, Ready-to-serve, Salsa
12 teaspoons McCormick's Taco Seasoning
10.75 oz 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
4 oz Fat Free Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Salsa Chicken

  1. Add chicken to slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning on the chicken.

  2. Mix salsa and cream of chicken in a seperate bowl and add to crock-pot over the chicken.

  3. Cook on low for 6 hours until chicken is done.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.

  5. Shred the chicken and serve in a wrap or over rice. Side of beans maybe.
