Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Chicken

1/2 chicken breast
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2 cup salsa
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/4 cup monterey jack cheese

Recipe Directions for Salsa Chicken

  1. Saute chicken breast until slightly pink

  2. Add salsa and continue to cook until chicken is done

  3. Add cheese and continue to cook until melted

  4. Serve over rice with beans on the side
