Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Chicken

16 oz raw chicken breast
16 tbsp Salsa Fresca

Recipe Directions for Salsa Chicken

  1. Put the 1 cup salsa salsa and approx four chicken breasts (fresh or frozen) in a skillet over medium heat. Stir until evenly distributed and cook until chicken is done, stirring and flipping chicken as needed.

  2. When chicken breasts are done remove them from the sauce, shred them and return them to the pan.

  3. Cook to reduce salsa, stirring constantly and distribute the sauce evenly.
