Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Chicken

1 chicken breast
1 onion
1 green pepper
1/2 cup salsa
1 garlic clove

Recipe Directions for Salsa Chicken

Grill 1 chicken breast in a skillet with olive oil. Chop 1 onion and one green pepper, and saute in a separate skillet. Once chicken is finished, combined onion, pepper, garlic (chopped) and 1/2 cup of salsa. Heat in skillet for 10 minutes. Serves 2.
