Quick skillet meal. Also good with pork.

Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Chicken

10 oz chicken breast, diced
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 T minced garlic
3/4 cup Pace Picante sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
1 T brown sugar
2 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup instant brown rice

Recipe Directions for Salsa Chicken

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.

  2. Saute chicken & onion in oil until brown.

  3. Add garlic and saute 1 min.

  4. Add picante sauce, OJ, and brown sugar.

  5. Cover and simmer for 10 min.

  6. Serve over cooked rice.
