3 tbsp Salsa
1 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.33 cup Sweet Kernel Corn
1 slice Cheese

Recipe Directions for Salsa Chicken

  1. Combine 3 tbsp salsa, 1 small tomatoe chopped, and 1/3 cup corn.

  2. Melt sharp cheddar cheese over top of chicken.

  3. Spoon salsa mixture over the top.
