Easy! Great spicy flavor! I made my own taco seasoning from a recipe I found on the web.

Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Chicken

16 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Salsa Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Spray cooking spray on a rectangular baking dish

  3. Split 2 boneless chicken breasts

  4. Cover both sides of breasts with taco seasoning

  5. Pour salsa over breasts

  6. Bake for 25 minutes

  7. Add cheese on top and bake 5 more minutes.
