Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Chicken

2 lb. chicken breasts (4 boneless/skineless breasts)
4 tsp. taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Salsa Chicken

  1. preheat oven to 375 degrees

  2. place chicken in a lighly greased 9x13" dish. sprinkle taco season on both sides of chicken, and pour salsa all over.

  3. bake for 25-35 minutes.

  4. sprinkle cheese over chicken, bake for an additional 3-5 minutes or until cheese in melted and bubbly.

  5. * Top with Sour Cream (optional)
