Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Chicken

10 oz Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
15.5 oz Black Beans
4 oz Chunky Salsa Medium
312 grams Original
8 tsp Mexican Seasoning

Recipe Directions for Salsa Chicken

  1. combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken shreds easily. (instead of the mexican seasoning mix, you can use adobo, garlic, chili pwdr, cumin, coriander, cilantro and red pepper flakes to taste)

  2. Serve with tortillas, tortilla chips, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and/or salsa.
