Recipe Ingredients for SALSA CHICKEN PICANTE

2 tbsp Old El Paso Salsa Thick N Chunky Make Mine Medium
1 Serving Chicken
1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Unico Sunflower Oil

Recipe Directions for SALSA CHICKEN PICANTE

  1. Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.

  2. Mix salsa and mustard together.

  3. Submerge chicken in mixture.

  4. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet until hot.Remove chicken from mixture;

  5. reserve mixture.Add chicken to skillet;cook 4 minutes or until browned,turning once.

  6. Reduce heat to medium-low.Add

  7. reserve mixture;simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center and marinade is reduced to a glaze'

  8. Serve chicken garnished with a dollop of yogurt and a sprig of cilantro'
