Recipe Ingredients for Salsa Bites

11 ounces low fat cream cheese
1/3 cup salsa
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped olives
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe Directions for Salsa Bites

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Whisk cream cheese until smooth. Whisk in salsa and egg until well blended. Stir in

  3. cheese, olives, green onion, and garlic.

  4. Spray mini muffin pans with nonstick coating. Fill muffin cups using scoop.

  5. Bake 15-18 minutes or until center is set.

  6. Let cool in pan 5 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack. Spread tops with a small

  7. amount of sour cream. Sprinkle cilantro over sour cream
